General
Information
We strive to provide a more friendly, personal experience
for your visit, especially here in Luxor. We can provide
tailor made tours therefore allowing you flexibility and the
time to explore at your own pace.
We feel that we are contributing to the local economy by
using local guides and services. We are not further lining
the pockets of big tour operators from abroad.
You will have the opportunity to meet local people and enjoy
their hospitality and friendliness.
Shopping
We can organise escorted shopping trips, helping you to
avoid the hassle which goes with the territory here.
Haggling is required for any purchase, even bottled water!
We can ease this experience and teach you to understand the
culture of this haggling process.

Baksheesh/Tipping
This is part of everyday life
in Egypt. Many locals, probably the majority, live on or
below the breadline. Tipping can make a massive difference
to the life of a family. Tip for any service you receive if
you are happy with it. Tip with 1LE, 5LE and 10LE notes
depending on the type of service you have had. Just bear in
mind as an example that a headteacher here earns around 50
English pounds per month!!!!
